Plateco is a growing plating facility in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, and we are looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Shipping & Receiving Assistant / Truck Driver to join our team on 2nd Shift.
This is a hands-on position in our Shipping & Receiving Department. You will play an important role in keeping materials and finished products moving safely and efficiently throughout our operation.

What You'll Do:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials and finished products between Plateco production lines and designated locations while using a forklift.
- Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
- Assist with receiving incoming materials and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Verify quantities and inspect materials and shipments for accuracy.
- Properly stage, organize, and secure materials for shipment.
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation.
- Work with Production, Shipping & Receiving, and Management to keep materials moving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Shipping & Receiving Department.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong and dependable work history.
- Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
- Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks and handle physical work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be safety-minded and willing to follow established procedures.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Overtime may be available based on business and customer needs.
